Troubleshouting with Airplane Mode


Turning on airplane mode turns off wireless networks, mobile broadband, and Bluetooth connections.


To verify airplane mode is on, check the taskbar for the airplane mode icon.

  1. To turn airplane mode off, in Windows, search for and open Airplane mode.
  2. Move the airplane mode slider to Off.
